The Sage Group’s client, a beloved tech delivery company, is seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Manager.

About the Team:

The Ads co-marketing team for client works with our most-valued restaurant partners to create integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive orders and new customers for our partners on client. Our North Star is to be the most trusted and sought after co-marketing partner for brands by creating groundbreaking marketing that delivers value to our audiences, drives results and puts client and its partners at the center of culture.

About the Role:

  • The Ads co-marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow our co-marketing opportunities with our leading enterprise restaurant merchant partners.
  • In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both our enterprise restaurant partners goals and client’s goals.
  • You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing client value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences.
  • This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships.
  • You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated co-marketing programs and campaigns, from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of Sales, Marketing including Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal and external calendars and status documents for cross functional and merchant partner reference
  • Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: intake forms, briefs, planning documents, etc.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and create regular internal and partner-facing campaign performance read-outs
  • Assist in budget tracking and spend analysis, including preparing accruals and maintaining pacing in spend and expense
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate enterprise restaurant partners into client owned brand and media campaigns
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 5 years experience in Marketing at a tec consumer brand or integrated agency, but must be in B2C, as all the content is consumer facing, if no agency experience then 1+ years partner marketing required
  • Experience co-marketing with restaurants a plus
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 3-6 campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind and attention to detail
  • Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans

Duration: 3 months with potential extension

Location: 100% remote in USA

Compensation: $36-46 hour
