THE JOB:

As a Fine Dining Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and a high-quality dining experience for guests. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating service, and upholding the restaurant's standards of excellence while setting a welcoming atmosphere with your friendly demeanor. You will work closely with the management team to implement policies, train new employees, and address any guest concerns, all aimed at creating memorable experiences that reflect the restaurant's commitment to fine dining.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating daily floor plans to ensure efficient station rotation and coverage during shifts. You will supervise dining room service to maintain high standards and perform employee evaluations, addressing any attendance-related issues. Close communication with the Chef is essential to manage food service and menu concerns, while also liaising with management and culinary staff to promptly address guest and employee requests. Additionally, you will manage supply orders through the IP System, maintain an updated inventory, inspect incoming food for quality, and engage directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
