Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess seeks an organized hospitality professional to support the Outlet Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Outlet Sales, you will deliver professional, engaging service and coordinate client requests, bookings, and event documentation.

The role emphasizes accurate communication, rapid responses to inquiries, and teamwork within a luxury environment. A high school diploma is required; familiarity with Windows and Excel is expected, and Opera knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset.
• Minimum High School Diploma; Business Admin or Hospitality/Tourism preferred.
• Computer literate with a minimum keyboarding speed of 65 wpm.
• Fully conversant with Windows and Excel. Knowledge of Opera helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Must be flexible, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Managing client requests, either in their absence or at the request of the Outlet Sales Manager or Director.
• Prompt response to client inquiries, comprehensive management of PM System bookings to include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance.
• Accurate and timely general document and correspondence production, organization and distribution between clients and managers in the department.
• Assist Managers with day-to-day tasks relating to guest interaction, preparation, distribution, and organization of Restaurant Event Orders, correspondence, filing, telephone and other duties assigned.
