Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, part of the Accor portfolio, invites you to join its festive Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate during the Christmas at the Princess events. You will operate pop-up kiosks, provide engaging service, and work under Seasonal Retail Supervisors and Retail Management.

Shifts are 6–8 hours, with most evening coverage after 3:00 PM. Previous retail experience is preferred, and strong customer focus, reliability, and teamwork are essential to help us deliver

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in Windows and POS systems.
• Revenue-driven with professional presentation.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up-selling merchandise.
• Ensure shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished.
• All cashiering duties.
• Provide basic sales techniques and promote Fairmont merchandise to customers.
• Partake in stock-take and month end inventories.
• Ensure the shop is clean at all times.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

TheRetail Seasonal Sales Associateposition is a limited-time opportunity to be part of the magic at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess during our celebratedChristmas at the Princessevents. This role operates pop‑up retail kiosks throughout the resort and reports to theSeasonal Retail Supervisors,Senior Supervisors, andRetail Management.

• Flexible scheduling: work 3, 4, or 5 days per week
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up‑selling merchandise
• Ensure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished
• All cashiering duties
• Provide basic sales techniques and promote “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise to customers
• Partake in stock‑take and month end inventories
• Ensure the shop is clean at all times
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule & Availability

Christmas at the Princess:tentative dates are November 20 – January 4

• Shifts range from 6 to 8 hours
• Primarily evening shifts starting after 3:00 PM, with end times between 9:00–11:00 PM, depending on business levels

Qualifications

• Previous experience within retail preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or Point of Sales System required
• Must be revenue driven
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Previous Hotel experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
