Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for ground-up restaurant and retail builds with hybrid work from Reston, VA.

You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and strict budget control. Required experience in restaurant/retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-outs, plus proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and Raken.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-out.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and architectural designs to execute project plans.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to maintain alignment and address risks.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
