TheFork is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the UK team. You will prospect and manage a Leeds-area restaurant sales pipeline, meeting monthly targets while representing the brand and facilitating online listing of partners.

You will travel to London monthly and operate with flexibility, delivering high-quality, relationship-based sales in a fast-paced, international environment. Join a diverse, performance-driven team in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in hospitality, with online and in-person sales.
• Experience in territory and pipeline management.
• Valid UK driving license and own car.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Hunter profile with drive to attract new clients and cold call.
• Proactive, self-reliant and able to work independently.
• Flexible, adaptable and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales pipeline and prospect in Leeds area (cold calls, visits).
• Select restaurants in territory and plan daily/weekly schedule.
• Represent TheFork values and brand professionally.
• Explain TheFork Manager benefits to owners/managers.
• Maintain contact until partnership is finalized and listing is online.
• Adapt engagement strategy to client needs and build long-term relationships.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with weekly plan.
• Collaborate with sales ops, supplier support and account management.
• Demonstrate determination and resilience to hit productivity targets.
• Understand B2B value chain and engage with stakeholders.
