Job Description

Toward outstanding service and memorable guest experiences, the Restaurant Server will prepare the dining area, greet visitors, guide them through menu selections, manage orders, assist with any concerns, and conclude each visit with accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre‑shift for the service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests through their culinary journey with descriptive menu selling.
• Take accurate orders, confirming all special requests.
• Be the master of the menu, understanding details to enhance conversation.
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a resolution.
