Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with club service standards.
• Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate and respond to member and guest needs.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and beverage offerings.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas.
• Process member charges and guest payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with banquet, club events, tournaments, and special functions as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the club at all times.

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Servers are expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, club events, and service standards while ensuring timely and accurate service.

This is an hourly position paying $6/hour plus tips. Total hourly rate is estimated to be between $15.00-$20.00/hour factoring in base rate plus tips.
