Job summary

The Abbey Resort in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, WI is seeking a Restaurant Outlets Supervisor to coordinate daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant Outlet Manager. You will ensure service quality, maintain cleanliness, monitor payroll and inventory, and support scheduling and staff training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of restaurant and supervisory experience, strong organization, and excellent customer service with fluent English.

• One year restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant atmosphere and cleanliness.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation.
• Monitor food quality and service level.
• Monitor payroll and revenue.
• Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Assist in inventory control.
• Maintain service standards.
• Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc.
• Assist staff with any problems that may occur.
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, including Word, Excel and Outlook including Calendar management, Open Table, Adobe Acrobat, POS Systems (i.e. SMS Teres). Exposure to scheduling, purchasing and point of sale systems
• Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Complete ServSafe Responsible Beverage Service Course – or proof of current certification (i.e. Basset)
