The Abbey Resort in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, WI, is seeking a Banquets Supervisor to oversee meetings, weddings, conferences, and events. You will lead banquet operations, coordinate setups, support service teams, and ensure flawless guest experiences on Lake Geneva.

Bring 1–3 years in hospitality, strong organization, and leadership skills. The role offers full-time, hourly pay with potential commission and benefits for full-time staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of hotel, banquet, event, or hospitality experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise banquet room setup, breakdown, and event execution according to event specifications.
• Lead banquet staff and ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
• Coordinate banquet operations, including food service, beverage service, and audiovisual setup.
• Respond quickly to changing event needs and last-minute requests.
• Maintain banquet facilities, equipment, and event spaces to resort standards.
• Partner with managers and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily operational support as needed.
