Fiesta Restaurant Group is seeking a restaurant team member at Pollo Tropical in Florida. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and portion foods, and ensure accuracy at the POS while keeping a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role emphasizes teamwork, following food safety standards, handling deliveries, and supporting a fast-paced service flow. You will learn recipes and operate iPads, laptops, and kitchen screens to help daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks.
• Must be able to learn POS and kitchen systems.
• Must follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems.
• Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations.
• Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety procedures.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with necessary items.
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Unload deliveries to the restaurant.
• Clean the interior and exterior of the restaurant and dining areas.
• Observe alcoholic beverage laws where applicable.
• Maintain safe access to the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
