Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Florida to lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across high-volume dining spaces. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and sanitation.

You will supervise service during shifts, monitor inventory, and support opening/closing processes while maintaining high service standards for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and food safety knowledge.
• Two years in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is desirable.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality service and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and briefings.
• Train and coach new staff within the department.
• Motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Engage with guests at tables to uphold service standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering when needed.
• Assist with labor controls and scheduling duties.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance across the venue.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks and dining room setup.
• Uphold knowledge of products and communicate with guests by name.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
