Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Have 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash, expenses) per guidelines.
• Improve sales by 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days/ shifts.
• Conduct crew, shift manager, and AGM performance appraisals.
• Hire new crew, shift leads, and AGMs.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per guidelines and laws.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Ensure safety of employees and guests; report needed repairs.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Handle cash and register operations when required.
