Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Edmonds, WA. You will lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certiications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work lexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain inancial controls and coach and train employees.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash) to budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth via improved service and food quality.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet scheduling needs.
• Conducts performance appraisals for staff.
• Handles hiring for crew and supervisors.
• Coaches and trains team to achieve certification standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with laws and safety regulations.
• Maintains safe work and guest environments.
• Provides feedback to area coach and manages turnover.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register duties.
