Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Tualatin, OR. You will lead operations, train staff, ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while controlling costs and driving sales using established metrics.

You will hire, coach, and develop crew and shift leaders, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide hands-on leadership across all shifts. Excellent communication, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Strong math and reading skills and excellent communication.
• Open availability and reliable transportation are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant operations to achieve cleanliness, hospitality, quality, and speed of service.
• Manage staffing levels and conduct performance appraisals for crew and supervisors.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members to required standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Control costs (food, labor, cash) within budget and drive sales growth.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant restaurant environment for guests and staff.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach and manage turnover through effective staffing.
