Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Longview, WA. The AGM will provide operating coverage, supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and quality, and model excellent service while training employees and responding to guest needs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory control, safety compliance, and aiding in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent completion is required.
• Valid driver's license to travel between units and pass background check.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments and change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness across all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and coaching of team members.
• Hire, develop, and onboard new employees.
• Assist with safety concerns and report issues to management and HR.
• Conduct food safety and audits daily.
• Monitor inventory and adjust staffing and schedules as needed.
• Analyze sales, labor, and expenses to meet margins and targets.
