The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a restaurant leader in Kapolei, HI to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will manage 30+ teammates, coach and develop staff, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring top-tier service standards and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Drive guest satisfaction through hospitality and service standards.
• Support scratch kitchen execution and culinary quality.
