The role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually, with a quarterly performance bonus and geographic differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.
