Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience. You will drive sales, manage costs, and coach staff to deliver consistent quality and service.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in dining or retail, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends. Join a fast-growing Taco Bell franchisee focused on people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
