Torchy’s is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead BOH and FOH operations across a Chick‑fil‑like guest experience standard. You will drive food quality, safety, hospitality, and community engagement while mentoring staff to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage costs, scheduling, and inventory, ensure recipe adherence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Requires state alcohol-server and ServSafe Manager certifications.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH and FOH operations to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Manage food preparation, inventory, equipment maintenance and safety.
• Ensure menu items meet high quality standards with scratch-made focus.
• Champion hospitality and guest satisfaction; create welcoming environment.
• Support local store marketing to drive guest traffic.
• Hire, train, and schedule team members; develop future leaders.
• Monitor food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure recipes are followed with proper portioning and production tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead shifts focusing on quality, speed, and safety; drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate Mystery Shop results and implement action plans.
