Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both Back of House and Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from food quality to hospitality. You will drive safety, cleanliness, and community engagement while aligning with Torchy’s mission and values.

As a results-oriented leader, you will manage staffing, training, and marketing initiatives, mentor team members, and optimize costs and efficiency across stores in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high operational and hospitality standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH and FOH operations to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement.
• Lead scheduling, training, and development across teams to meet operational needs.
• Manage local store marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and community connections.
• Ensure recipes are followed with correct portioning and production tracking.
• Monitor food costs, labor, and overall efficiency through careful planning.
• Foster culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
