Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Matthews, NC is hiring a Manager to run daily FOH/BOH operations with limited supervision. You will oversee guest experience, staff leadership, appearance and adherence to safety and sanitation standards while aligning with our hospitality ethos.

Key duties include staffing through scheduling, recruiting and interviewing, responding to guest feedback, and maintaining menu knowledge. A 21+ year old with restaurant management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Preferred: 1 year in full-service restaurant management.
• Certification in food safety preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations with limited supervision.
• Maintain appearance, presentation and customer experience.
• Provide professional leadership and direction to employees.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting and interviewing.
