Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the Raleigh area is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily FOH/BOH operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise staffing, recruit and interview, and ensure safety and sanitation in line with company policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant management, a flexible schedule, and relocation willingness within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Food safety certification (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and maintain service standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Respond to guest comments and uphold guest loyalty and service quality.
