Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensuring friendly service and great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-focused, and capable of leading in a fast-paced setting, with a track record in high-volume food service and strong guest service skills. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
