Job summary

Wendy's is seeking aSenior Restaurant General Manager in Minnesota to lead operations, coach a team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent guest experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and compliance, with a focus on Food Safety and brand standards.

As a leader, you will develop managers and crew, monitor performance, and implement playbooks to delight every customer across all shifts. This role requires a 50-hour work week and travel among nearby locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Familiarity with Wendy's systems and training programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; standing for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.
• ServSafe Certification preferred/required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales goals versus budget and prior year.
• Evaluate store performance using inspections.
• Analyze sales, food cost, and operations data to improve profitability.
• Oversee new product rollouts and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures.
• Train and develop managers and crew.
• Manage food, labor, and other controllable costs.
• Address customer complaints and drive resolutions.
• Lead regular managers' meetings.
• Ensure staffing levels and recruitment.
• Provide performance feedback and appraisals.
• Maintain high Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Utilize Customer Experience Playbook to delight customers.
• Diagnose service issues and implement improvements.
