Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a positive impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Notify the General Manager of guest issues or complaints and resolve low level guest issues promptly.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; build sales and manage costs.
• Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs to Facilities.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to ensure a high performing restaurant team.
• Leverage the Restaurant Support Center and ensure risk management compliance.
