Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and mentor Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. Working with the General Manager, you'll ensure the restaurant operates at the highest level and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will focus on guest-related metrics and engagement, manage day-to-day operations, enforce safety, and coach your team to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
