Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Independence, MO. You will oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to ensure top performance. A focus on guest metrics and engagement helps create legendary experiences for guests and the team.

You will lead training and development of staff, ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and drive restaurant success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
