Buffalo Wild Wings in Independence, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will focus on guest engagement and metrics, develop and train the team, ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes, and drive operational excellence through coaching, scheduling and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities
