Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.

You’ll help ensure the restaurant performs at its best and delivers legendary guest experiences. You’ll focus on guest-related metrics and engagement, uphold food safety and labor standards, coach and develop your team, manage operations, and drive training, rewards and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to ensure the restaurant performs at the top of its game.
