Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience required.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and cash control as part of store operations.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, safety practices and routines.
• Assist GM with business planning, including labor, scheduling, and promotions.
• Enhance Fan service and customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
