Job summary

Occ Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the GM in daily operations and assist with budgeting and goal setting. The role includes interviewing, hiring, and training new staff, enforcing cash handling procedures, and maintaining guest service standards.

You will manage inventory within budgets, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, and schedule FOH staff based on occupancy forecasts. Experience with Toast, 7Shifts, TipHaus, and Partender is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a bar/restaurant operation.
• Ability to interview, hire and train staff.
• Strong understanding of cash handling procedures.
