Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and build a high-performing team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce core values, drive safety, and manage staffing while supporting career growth within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a restaurant or retail setting, strong leadership skills, and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; 50 hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certification required; must be at least 18.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.
