Job summary

KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is looking for an Assistant General Manager at KFC to lead daily operations, coach the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive work environment across shifts.

The role offers growth within KBP’s leadership development program, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and education support. A commitment to closing two nights weekly is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
