Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support GM in profit and loss management and labor control.
• Review financial reports and optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Collaborate with GM to evaluate performance and provide feedback.
