Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (DL) in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and state/federal documentation compliance.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Lead coaching, counseling and staff development; manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards; set a fun family tone.
