Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• HS diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient staff.
• Coach, counsel, and develop team; manage relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
