Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our team at a high-volume Wendy's location in Minnesota. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, manage schedules, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).

• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
