Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service understanding.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Profitable operation through inventory control and cost management.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders and monitor assets.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and follow company standards; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain cash controls and security procedures (e.g., safe counting).
• Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service in clean facilities.
• Coach and develop shifts coordinators and team members to boost performance.
• Direct operations to ensure timely, accurate product preparation and delivery.
