• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work long or irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to drive profitability.
• Support RGM and directly supervise 20-45 team members.
• Oversee inventory and asset controls, cash handling and security.
• Ensure guest service standards and quick, accurate service.
• Coach shifts coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and procedures.
