Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, uphold Freddy’s hospitality, quality and cleanliness standards, and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll help manage labor and food costs, build guest relationships and serve as a leadership model for all team members. Growth opportunities exist for those delivering pride, service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management with strong guest service, team building and people development.
• Ability to read financial statements, sales reports and productivity data.
• Demonstrated aptitude for coaching, training and leading a diverse team in a fast pace.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management to uphold standards.
• Effective communication with guests and staff; proficient with desktop software.
• Experience with inventory, schedules and labor management; knowledge of P&L is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist management to maintain hospitality, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Help control labor costs and food costs; monitor performance data.
• Build guest relationships, handle issues and model leadership for team members.
• Ensure accurate use of inventories, schedules and reporting tools.
• Promote profits and sales growth through efficient store operations.
