SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, safety and guest satisfaction.

You will lead teams, manage openings/closes, monitor costs, and handle guest requests with a focus on a SuperSONIC experience. Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience required.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, supervise, manage, direct, and develop staff to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Ensure guest needs are met and guests leave satisfied.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
