SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations under the General Manager. Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost; perform weekly inventory as needed.
• Open/close the restaurant as needed and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints with courtesy.
• Maintain SONIC safety, sanitation standards and comply with laws and regulations.
