Under management guidance, you will oversee shift performance, uphold quality standards, and drive team development to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, be flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays, and proficient with basic computer applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within restaurant or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and team performance while upholding quality standards.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete daily operational checklists and manage cash handling procedures.
• Enforce safety and food safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee and manage team member breaks in accordance with labor laws.
