Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards.
• Lead by example in customer service and motivate the team.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and cash handling compliance.
• Oversee food safety practices and training.
• Help with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support with special projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
