The role requires supervisory experience in a restaurant, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff while maintaining policy compliance and budgeting controls. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant.
• Complete training and pass all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations and upholds service standards.
• Communicates with guests to gather feedback and identify quality improvements.
• Addresses guest complaints using the listen–apologize–satisfy–thank model.
• Ensures calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Directs regular team training and provides feedback for improvement.
• Cross-trains staff and develops new skills within the team.
• Fosters a positive, engaging work environment and recognizes performance.
• Maintains inventory and organizes stock; ensures equipment maintenance.
• Oversees budgeting and cost controls; ensures labor law compliance.
• Prepares and analyzes operation reports; performs other duties as assigned.
