Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for Cloudland at McLemore Resort in Rising Fawn, GA. You will supervise shift operations and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction, quality service, and regulatory compliance while aiming for financial targets.

The role requires a 2–4 year college degree or equivalent, at least two years in food and beverage, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Two to Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure quality service and hospitality.
• Interview, train, develop, coach and counsel restaurant associates; manage performance reviews.
• Create and implement promotions to attract more guests and increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Update cash management and generate reports for restaurant administration.
