Valor Hospitality Group in Rising Fawn, GA, seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to supervise shift operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

You will hire, train, coach staff, plan promotions, ensure regulatory compliance, maximize bar profitability, and maintain sanitation standards. The role may serve as manager on duty and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities.
• Communicate to guests and fellow associates professionally and positively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel restaurant associates; manage performance reviews and discipline as needed.
• Create and implement promotions, displays and ideas to attract more in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure compliance with Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; supervise equipment maintenance and asset protection.
• Address guest needs and inquiries to ensure a quality experience and repeat business.
• Update cash handling and generate reports for restaurant administration.
• May serve as manager on duty; perform other duties as assigned.
