Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for Cloudland at McLemore Resort in Georgia. This role oversees shift operations, coordinates with kitchen staff, and drives guest satisfaction, quality service, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with the kitchen staff for quality service and safety.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel staff; coordinate performance reviews.
