Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for Cloudland at McLemore Resort in Georgia. This role oversees shift operations, coordinates with kitchen staff, and drives guest satisfaction, quality service, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with the kitchen staff for quality service and safety.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel staff; coordinate performance reviews.
• Create and implement promotions and displays to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage commission regulations and maintain safety standards.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Maintain sanitation and equipment, protecting assets and ensuring quality service.
• Address guest needs and resolve issues to enhance future sales prospects.
• Update cash management systems and prepare reports for restaurant administration.
• May serve as manager on duty and handle other duties as assigned.
